Futbol Club Casa Estrella del Benfica was an Andorran football club from La Massana. They had played in the top flight of Andorra twice, in the 2008/09 and 2010/11 season. In 2014 the club was not registered in the Second Division for the 2014/15 season being out of competition and dissolved the same year. Like FC Lusitanos the club CE Benfica, founded in 2003, reflected its Portuguese identity. The club also had a good relation with Penya Encarnada d'Andorra. Colors and badge As the colors and badge are related with the Portuguese club S.L. Benfica. The traditional club color was red and the badge was a minor variation of the Benfica's sports club. Primera Divisió
The Primera Divisió (First Division) or Lliga Multisegur Assegurances for sponsorship reasons, is the top level of men's football in Andorra. The league was launched in 1995 sponsored by the local federation (Andorran Football Federation) which was created just one year before. Until then, clubs had played since 1970 in an amateur league without a structure or affiliation with any official institution. Since affiliation to UEFA and FIFA in 1996, Andorran clubs are able to compete in the UEFA competitions. Until 2015 the league was known as ''Lliga Grup Becier'' and during 2016 ''Lliga Grup Sant Eloi''. It was renamed in 2017 as Lliga Multisegur Assegurances for sponsorship reasons. The Segona Divisió (Second Division), or Lliga UNIDA for sponsorship reasons, is the second-highest level of men's football in Andorra. Former FC Santa Coloma reserve team were renamed UE Santa Coloma for 2007–08 (therefore eligible for promotion) and finally gained access to the Primera Divisió after finishing top place. Penya Encarnada d'Andorra are the current holders, having won the 2021–22 title and earning promotion to the Primera Divisió. La Massana
La Massana (; originally ''La Maçana'') is one of the seven parishes of Andorra, parishes of the Principality of Andorra. It is located in the northwest of the country. La Massana is also the name of the main town of the parish. The name Massana derives from the Latin name ''mattianam'' for a variety of apple. Other settlements in the parish are Pal, Andorra, Pal, Arinsal, Erts, Sispony, Anyós, L'Aldosa de la Massana, Puiol del Pui, Escàs, Els Plans, Mas de Ribafeta, Xixerella and Pui. The parish is extremely mountainous and contains the highest mountain in Andorra, Coma Pedrosa (). Its western side limits with Tor, Pallars municipal term, in the border with Spain. FC Lusitanos, also known as Lusitans, was an Andorran football club from Andorra la Vella which was founded in 1999 and currently play in Segona Divisió. Lusitanos won their first Primera Divisió title in 2011–12 and its second national championship the following season. The club's name, crest and kit reflect its Portuguese identity. The club's final season was the 2019-2020 season in the Segona Divisió. History Futbol Club Lusitanos (''Futbol Club Lusitans'', Portuguese: Futebol Club Lusitanos) was founded in 1999. Fútbol Club Penya d'Andorra is an Andorran football team, based in Andorra La Vella. The team currently plays in the Primera Divisió. History FC Penya d'Andorra, formerly known as Associació Club Penya Encarnada d'Andorra, was founded in 2009 as a cultural association for the promotion of football and sport in the parish of Andorra la Vella in defense of the name and honor of the House of Benfica. The team was for the first time promoted to Primera Divisió after finishing first in the 2014–15 season of Segona Divisió.
