Angelo Caroli (7 April 1937 – 17 November 2020) was an Italian professional football player, journalist and author. Career Caroli was born in L'Aquila. Caroli was a forward player. At 27 he retired from football, and started to work for Tuttosport as a journalist. Writing became his next muse, and he started to publish poetry and novels. Gösta Caroli and Wulf Schmidt Wulf Dietrich Christian Schmidt, later known as Harry Williamson (7 December 1911 – 19 October 1992) was a Danish citizen who became a double agent working for Britain against Nazi Germany during the Second World War under the codename Tate. Pierre Caroli (born 1480 in Rozay-en-Brie, died probably after 1545) was a French refugee and religious figure.http://www.hls-dhs-dss.ch/textes/f/F11070.php (French language) He was a Doctor of theology of the University of Paris, and he was receptive to the ideas of the Protestant Reformation. However, he entered into open confrontation with John Calvin, the central figure of French Protestantism. In a theological dispute, Caroli accused Calvin and Guillaume Farel of Arianism and Sabellianism. Caroli was a teacher of theology in Paris in 1520. There he had been under the influence of a leader of the humanists, Jacques Faber Stapulensis (Lefèvre d'Etaples), and belonged to the group supporting the return of the bishop Guillaume Briçonnet de Meaux. Rodolfo Caroli (16 December 1869 – 25 January 1921) was an Italian prelate of the Catholic Church who worked in the Diocese of Rome, was Bishop of Ceneda for four years, and then an archbishop and papal nuncio for four years before dying at the age of 51.
