Carole Dawn Reinhart
Carole Dawn Reinhart (born December 20, 1941) is an American musician. She is a trumpet soloist and Professor Emeritus at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. Early life Reinhart was born on December 20, 1941, in Roselle, New Jersey, the daughter of C. O. Reinhart and Mabel Geiger Reinhart. Her mother, a trombonist, gave Reinhart her first brass lessons on the slide cornet aged two and a half years. By the age of seven she was playing trumpet duets with her brother, Rolfe, who was known as a "boy trumpeter" and also received scholarships to study music. At age 10, Reinhart received her first scholarship to the Juilliard School of Music in New York. She was the first woman to be honoured as a bandleader for the Salvation Army. At the age of sixteen she gave her first international concert in Toronto. As a result, she received a scholarship to the University of Miami and was named "National College Queen" in 1960. Jörg Faerber
Jörg Faerber (18 June 1929 – 13 September 2022) was a German conductor. He founded the Württemberg Chamber Orchestra Heilbronn (WKO) in 1960 and was its artistic and managing director for over 40 years. He was known internationally, touring to the U.S., Japan and South Africa. The WKO made many recordings with soloists including Maurice André, Alfred Brendel, Gidon Kremer and Anne-Sophie Mutter. Life and career Born in Stuttgart on 18 June 1929, Faerber graduated from a Humanistisches Gymnasium there in 1949. He studied at the Musikhochschule Stuttgart, graduating as kapellmeister in 1953. From 1954 until 1962 he held the post of musical director of the Theater Heilbronn. His all-round job there included rehearsals, making arrangements, conducting a stage orchestra, and playing the piano for operetta performances, providing experience in many fields. Jorma Kalervo Hynninen (born 3 April 1941) is a Finnish baritone who performs regularly with the world's major opera companies. He has also worked in opera administration. Hynninen was born on 3 April 1941 in Leppävirta, Finland. He studied from 1966 to 1970 at the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki and also took lessons from Luigi Ricci in Rome and Kurt Overhoff in Salzburg. In 1969 he won first prize the Lappeenranta Solo Voice Competition and made his opera debut with the Finnish National Opera as Silvio in Leoncavallo's ''Pagliacci''. WERGO is a German record label focusing on contemporary classical music. It was founded in 1962 by German art historian and music publisher (1903–1975) and the musicologist Helmut Kirchmeyer. Helmut Winschermann (; 22 March 1920 – 4 March 2021) was a German classical oboist, conductor and academic teacher. He founded the Deutsche Bachsolisten ensemble for historically informed performances, and was their conductor from 1960 until his death. They made many recordings and toured internationally, especially to Japan. Life and career Winschermann was born in Mülheim an der Ruhr in 1920. He first studied violin at the Folkwangschule where he was pointed at the oboe which he studied with . He studied also at the Conservatoire de Paris.
