Mia Carlotta Sippel (born 26 July 2001) is a German field hockey player. Career Club level In club competition, Sippel plays for Club an der Alster in the German Bundesliga. Junior national team Carlotta Sippel made her debut for the German U–21 team in 2019. Her first appearance was during a test series against Belgium in Cologne. Later that year, she went on to win a bronze medal with the team at the EuroHockey Junior Championship in Valencia. In 2022, Sippel was named in the junior squad for the postponed FIH Junior World Cup in Potchefstroom. Die Honamas Sippel made her debut for Die Danas in 2019, during a test series against Argentina in Buenos Aires. Women's FIH Pro League
The Women's FIH Pro League is an international women's field hockey competition organised by the International Hockey Federation (FIH), which replaces the Women's FIH Hockey World League. The competition also serves as a qualifier for the Hockey World Cup and the Olympic Games. The first edition was started in 2019. Nine teams secured their places for four years. Format Nine teams will compete in a round-robin tournament with home and away matches, played from January to June, with the top four teams advancing to the grand final at a pre-determined location. 2022 Women's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup
The 2022 Women's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup is the ninth edition of the Women's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup, the biennial women's under-21 field hockey world championship organized by the International Hockey Federation. It was scheduled to be held from 5 to 16 December 2021 in Potchefstroom, South Africa. Because of a new COVID-19 variant, the tournament was put on hold on 26 November 2021 and later postponed, with the option to be hosted by South Africa. On 10 January 2022 it was announced the tournament will take place from 2 to 13 April 2022 at the original venue. In February the tournament was moved one day forward to start on 1 and end on 12 April 2022. Argentina were the defending champions. They were defeated 4–1 in the quarter-finals by Germany.
