Carlos Torres (Portuguese Footballer)
Carlos Torres (1 April 1908 - deceased) is a former Portuguese footballer who played as a forward. Torres started at CD Torres Novas, moving to Benfica in 1933, where he spent four years, scoring 34 goals in 60 matches, winning the Primeira Liga and the Campeonato de Portugal. Career Born in Torres Novas, Torres played football for various clubs in his home-town, eventually settling at CD Torres Novas, where he spent seven seasons. In 1933, he moved to Benfica, making his debut on 25 February 1934, against Belenenses. He competed with Rogério and Vítor Silva Vítor Marcolino da Silva (20 February 1909 – 21 July 1982) was a Portuguese footballer. Torres Novas () is a Portuguese municipality in the district of Santarém, in the Médio Tejo of the Centro region. Guilherme Espírito Santo
Guilherme Santa Graça do Espírito Santo (30 October 1919 – 25 November 2012), best known as Espírito Santo, was a Portuguese footballer and athlete. Over the course of 12 seasons he amassed Primeira Liga totals of 117 games and 79 goals, spending all of his career at Benfica, winning seven major titles. Nicknamed ''The Black Pearl'', he was a prolific goalscorer, with Peyroteo even claiming he was a more complete footballer than him.
