Carlos Iván Oyarzun Guíñez (born 26 October 1981) is a Chilean professional road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team . Oyarzun has also rode for UCI ProTeam . 2011 UCI Road World Championships – Men's Time Trial
The men's time trial of the 2011 UCI Road World Championships cycling event took place on 21 September 2011 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
