Carlos Lázaro
Carlos Lázaro Vallejo (born 13 November 1990) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a midfielder. Club career Although born in Medina del Campo, Lázaro grew up in Olmedo (also located in Valladolid), where he began to play football. Aged 12, he joined Real Valladolid's youth system and played his first seasons with the reserves, suffering relegation to the fourth division in his first year. First-team coach José Luis Mendilibar gave Lázaro his first chance to appear in La Liga, in one of his last games before being sacked: on 17 January 2010, he played the full 90 minutes against Racing de Santander in a final 1–1 away draw. Medina Del Campo
Medina del Campo is a town and municipality of Spain located in the autonomous community of Castile and León. Part of the Province of Valladolid, it is the centre of a farming area. José Luis Mendilibar Etxebarria (born 14 March 1961) is a Spanish former Association football, footballer who played as a midfielder, currently Manager (association football), manager of Sevilla FC. He played no higher than Segunda División, where he made 290 appearances and scored 34 goals mainly for Sestao Sport Club, Sestao and also for CD Logroñés, Logroñés. The ankle, or the talocrural region, or the jumping bone (informal) is the area where the foot and the leg meet. The ankle includes three joints: the ankle joint proper or talocrural joint, the subtalar joint, and the inferior tibiofibular joint. Hyperventilation
Hyperventilation is irregular breathing that occurs when the rate or tidal volume of breathing eliminates more carbon dioxide than the body can produce. This leads to hypocapnia, a reduced concentration of carbon dioxide dissolved in the blood. The body normally attempts to compensate for this homeostatically, but if this fails or is overridden, the blood pH will rise, leading to respiratory alkalosis. The symptoms of respiratory alkalosis include: dizziness, tingling in the lips, hands or feet, headache, weakness, fainting, and seizures. In extreme cases it may cause carpopedal spasms, a flapping and contraction of the hands and feet.
