Carlos González (American Politician)
Carlos González is a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He was sworn into office in January 2015. A resident of Springfield, Massachusetts, he was elected as a Democratic Party (United States), Democrat to represent the 10th Hampden district. González is president of the Massachusetts Latino Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Massachusetts Black and Latino Legislative Caucus, and a former aide to mayor Michael Albano. In early 2023, Gonzalez made the news for the introduction of a bill to allow Massachusetts prisoners to earn time off from their sentences by donating organs or bone marrow. Carlos Alberto González Romero (born in 1960 in Coronel) is a Chilean football manager and former footballer. Playing career In 1990, González joined Peruvian club Sporting Cristal, coinciding with his compatriots Quemel Farías as teammate and Eugenio Jara as coach. Coaching career In 2004, he was signed by Deportes Temuco. That season he put the team into the Torneo Apertura and Torneo Clausura quarterfinals. On December 12, 2005, he agreed a contract with Santiago Wanderers to coach them for face the Torneo Apertura. On July 3, he was fired from Wanderers. Carlos Canseco González (March 17, 1921, in Tampico, Mexico – January 14, 2009, in Monterrey, Mexico) was a Mexican physician and philanthropist. In January 2002 he was honored as one of the "Public Health Heroes of the Americas" by the Pan American Health Organization. Canseco graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) with a doctorate in medicine and specialized in allergy at the Northwestern University and in clinical immunology at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, United States. Carlos Bernardo González Pecotche (August 11, 1901 – April 4, 1963), also known as Raumsol, was an Argentine humanist and thinker. He created and developed Logosophy in 1930. Biography González Pecotche was a son of Jorge N. González and Maria Pecotche de González. He married Paulina Eugenia Puntel on October 8, 1924 and had a son, Carlos Federico González Puntel, born on July 10, 1925. Carlos González Ferrer (born June 15, 1972), is a former boxer from Xochimilco, Mexico, and a former WBO world junior welterweight champion. Julio began boxing professionally in 1988, and captured the WBO Light Welterweight Title with a TKO victory over Jimmy Paul in 1992. He defended the title three times before losing it to Zack Padilla in 1993. He captured the title again in 1998 with a TKO win over Giovanni Parisi.
