Carlos Jose García Mijares (born 12 November 1971) is a Venezuelan former footballer who played as a centre-back. He made 23 appearances for the Venezuela national team from 1993 to 1997. The Venezuela national football team ( es, Selección de fútbol de Venezuela) represents Venezuela in men's international football and is controlled by the Venezuelan Football Federation (FVF), the governing body for football in Venezuela.
