Carlos Flores Dueñas
Carlos Flores Dueñas (born 1948 in Colima) is a Mexican politician of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), who served as the acting governor of Colima in November and December 2003. Both before and since serving as governor, he has also served as the state's Secretary of Education. He is a former teacher. Teaching Carlos Flores graduated from the Centro Regional de Educación Normal in Ciudad Guzmán, Jalisco and went on to earn a Master of Education degree from the University of Colima. He has worked as a teacher at primary, intermediate and high school level in Jalisco and Colima states. He specialized in teaching mathematics. Carlos Roberto Flores Facussé (born 10 March 1950) is a Honduran politician and businessman who served as the President of Honduras from 1998 to 2002. A member of the Liberal Party, Flores was previously the President of the National Congress from 1994 to 1998. Background Flores Facussé is the son of Honduran journalist Oscar Flores Midence and Margarita Facussé de Flores, and is of Palestinian descent. He is the nephew of Miguel Facussé Barjum. Carlos Flores Juberías (born 1964) is a Spanish professor of law at the University of Valencia, specialising in the Constitution of Spain. He was the lead candidate for Vox in the 2023 Valencian regional election, in which they came fourth with 13 seats. The party formed a government with the People's Party (PP), in which he was not included due to controversy over his conviction for harassment of his ex-wife in 2002. Carlos Javier Flores Córdova (born 9 May 1988) is a Peruvian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Carlos A. Mannucci in the Torneo Descentralizado. Club career Carlos Flores joined the Alianza Lima first team in January 2007. Carlos Julio Flores Pérez (born 27 October 1980) is a Venezuelan former windsurfer, who specializes in Mistral and Neil Pryde RS:X classes. He represented his country Venezuela in two editions of the Summer Olympic Games (2004 and 2008), finishing in the top thirty respectively in two different sailboards. A member of Centro de Vela Ligera in Anzoategui, along with his younger brother and eventual two-time Olympian Daniel, Flores trained for the country's sailing federation under the tutelage of his personal coach Christian Larte.
