Carlos Deltour (8 April 1864 – 29 May 1920), also known as Charles Deltour, was a Mexican-born French Rowing (sport), rower who competed in the 1900 Summer Olympics. He was part of the French boat ''Rowing Club Castillon'', which won the bronze medal in the 1900 Summer Olympics, 1900 Paris Rowing at the 1900 Summer Olympics – Men's coxed pair, coxed pair. He was also a rugby union player of Stade Bordelais, SBUC. Stade Bordelais are a French rugby union club, based in Bordeaux. The club was established in 1889. Bordelais were a major force in the French championship during the 1900s. Rowing is the act of propelling a human-powered watercraft using the sweeping motions of oars to displace water and generate reactional propulsion.
