Carlos Cano (footballer)
Carlos David Cano Marín (born 17 December 1969), is a Spanish retired footballer who played as a goalkeeper, and is currently the goalkeeping coach of Albacete Balompié. He made 18 appearances in La Liga in the 1990s for Celta Vigo and Real Oviedo. Club career Cano was born in Berja in Almería province, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, but began his career in the youth teams of Real Madrid, who he joined in 1984. He joined the squad of the B team, Castilla, in 1987, but didn't play until after their relegation to Segunda División B in 1990. However, he was a key part of the team, newly renamed Real Madrid Deportivo, that won their 1990–91 Segunda División B group, earning promotion back to the Segunda División at the first attempt. He was promoted into the first-team squad for the 1993–94 season, but was the third choice behind Paco Buyo and Pedro Jaro and didn't play any matches. Francisco Buyo
Francisco "Paco" Buyo Sánchez (born 13 January 1958) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Best known for his Sevilla and Real Madrid spells, he appeared in 542 La Liga matches, third all-time highest at the time of his retirement, winning 12 major titles with the latter club. Buyo was a backup on the Spain national team for about one decade, representing the nation in two European Championships. Club career Buyo was born in Betanzos, Province of A Coruña. Estadio Carlos Tartiere was a multi-use stadium in Oviedo, Spain. It was initially used as the stadium of Real Oviedo matches. It was replaced by the New Carlos Tartiere in 2000. History Originally known as Buenavista stadium, named after the neighbourhood, it was inaugurated on April 24, 1932 with a match between the national teams of Spain and Yugoslavia. Francisco Villanueva Medina (born 27 July 1965), known as Patxi Villanueva, is a Spanish retired footballer who played as a goalkeeper, and later worked as a goalkeeping coach. Estadio Carlos Belmonte is a multi-purpose stadium in Albacete, Spain. It is used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Albacete Balompié. History The stadium holds 17,524 and was built in 1960. It replaced the ageing Campo del Parque and was inaugurated on 9 September 1960 with a match against Sevilla FC, which attended more than 12,000 people. It had an initial capacity of 10,000. Floodlights were added in 1970 and a cover over the west side in 1979. The lighting towers also were constructed in 1970s. Carlos Daniel Aimar (born 21 July 1950) is an Argentine retired footballer who played as a midfielder, and a current coach. Playing career Born in Corral de Bustos, Marcos Juárez, Córdoba, Aimar started his senior career with hometown's Sporting Club. In 1971, after impressing in a friendly, he moved to Rosario Central.
