Carl Pettefer
Carl James Pettefer (born 22 March 1981) is an English footballer, who plays for Wimborne Town. Career Pettefer began his career at Portsmouth, signing his professional papers with then manager Alan Ball in August 1999 when aged 17. He made his full debut for Portsmouth against West Bromwich Albion in the Football League Championship when the club was under the management of Graham Rix. He moved to Exeter City on loan in October 2002, making 37 appearances in total, before taking up a further loan period at Southend United towards the end of the 2003–04 season. He played regularly for the club during this spell, appearing in the side that lost to Blackpool in the Football League Trophy final at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff. Despite breaking his leg in a fixture against Huddersfield Town, manager Steve Tilson signed him permanently at the end of 2003–04 season. Taplow
Taplow is a village and civil parish in the Unitary Authority of Buckinghamshire, England. It sits on the left bank of the River Thames, facing Maidenhead in the neighbouring county of Berkshire, with Cippenham and Burnham to the east. The Millennium Stadium ( cy, Stadiwm y Mileniwm), known since 2016 as the Principality Stadium ( cy, Stadiwm Principality) for sponsorship reasons, is the national stadium of Wales. Located in Cardiff, it is the home of the Wales national rugby union team and has also held Wales national football team games. Kevin Bond (English Footballer)
Kevin John Bond (born 22 June 1957) is an English professional football manager and former player who played as a centre back. He was most recently first-team coach at Bristol Rovers. Playing career Bond was born in West Ham, London. He started his career as a trainee at AFC Bournemouth where his father, John Bond, was manager. When his father took up the manager's post at Norwich City he too made the move. His league debut was made away to Leicester City in April 1976. 161 appearances followed generating fourteen goals and earning him two England B caps. Wanting to try his luck abroad he had a brief spell in the NASL with the Seattle Sounders. At the start of the 1981–82 season he was again reunited with his father at Manchester City. 110 games for the Maine Road side in the next three years resulted in a lucrative transfer to Southampton, where he spent four years, playing 140 games. Darren Patterson
Darren James Patterson (born 15 October 1969) is a Northern Irish football manager and former professional footballer. As a player he was a defender, notably playing in the Premier League for Crystal Palace and in the Scottish Premier League for Dundee United. Most of his appearances however came in the Football League with spells at Wigan Athletic and Luton Town. He also played professionally for Preston North End, York City and Oxford United. He was capped by Northern Ireland on 17 occasions, scoring one goal. Following retirement from playing, he switched to coaching and rejoined Oxford United where after a caretaker spell in charge he had two separate stints as first team manager. James Michael Smith (17 October 1940 – 10 December 2019) was an English footballer and manager. As a player, he made 249 appearances in the Fourth Division of the Football League, representing Aldershot, Halifax Town, Lincoln City and Colchester United, and played for three-and-a-half years for Boston United of the Northern Premier League. He began a long managerial career with Boston United, and went on to take charge of top division clubs such as Birmingham City and Newcastle United. Smith served as a member of the board of directors of Oxford United for three years from 2006 to 2009. He served as the League Managers' Association's chief executive and was inducted into their Hall of Fame for managing over 1000 matches. He was nicknamed "The Bald Eagle".
