Carl J. Domino (born April 15, 1944) is a former member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing the 83rd district from 2002 to 2010. He was the Republican nominee for the United States House of Representatives in Florida's 18th congressional district in 2014 but was defeated by Patrick Murphy. Education Domino received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida State University in 1966. He received his MBA from Harvard University in 1972. Jeffrey Hardee Atwater (born April 8, 1958) is an American financier who served as the 3rd Chief Financial Officer of Florida from 2011 to 2017, and currently serves as Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Chief Financial Officer at Florida Atlantic University. Patrick Erin Murphy (born March 30, 1983) is an American businessman, accountant, and politician. A Democrat, he served as the U.S. representative from Florida's 18th congressional district from 2013 to 2017. He is a former Republican, having switched parties in 2011. Murphy was elected to the House of Representatives in 2012, defeating Republican incumbent Allen West by 0.8% in the second-most expensive U.S. House race in history.
