Carey Talley
Carey Talley (born August 26, 1976) is a former American soccer player. Career College Talley played high school soccer for Houston High School in Germantown, Tennessee. His team won the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association soccer championship his junior and senior years in 1993 and 1994. He played his club soccer for Memphis Futbol Club. Some notable teammates on his Memphis Futbol Club '76 youth soccer team were future Major League Soccer standouts and United States men's national soccer team members, Richard Mulrooney, Tony Kuhn, Ross Paule and Jonny Walker. Talley played college soccer at the University of North Carolina from 1994 to 1997. He finished his career at UNC with 26 goals and 22 assists in 75 games. Jonny Walker (soccer)
Jonny Walker (born September 13, 1974) is an American former professional soccer goalkeeper who is currently the associate head coach of the University of Memphis Women's Soccer Team. Walker played professionally in Chile and the United States, including two stints with Major League Soccer (MLS). He earned three caps with the United States Men's National Team (USMNT). Walker was the first American to establish a successful professional soccer career in South America. Playing career In the summer of 1994, Jonny Walker played for the Memphis Jackals of the USISL. The two-stage 2010 MLS Re-Entry Draft took place on December 8, 2010 and December 15, 2010. The Stage 1 Draft of the Re-Entry Process took place on Wednesday, December 8, at 2 p.m. ET via teleconference. The Stage 2 Draft took place on Wednesday, December 15, at 2 p.m. ET. All 18 clubs had a representative participate. The 2011 MLS SuperDraft was the twelfth annual SuperDraft presented by Major League Soccer. It was held on January 13, 2011 in Baltimore, Maryland, during the 2011 NSCAA Convention at the Baltimore Convention Center. The MLS SuperDraft is an annual college draft for teams of Major League Soccer in the United States and Canada. It takes place in January and is used by teams to select players who have graduated from college or otherwise been signed by the league. The SuperDraft was first instituted in 2000, as a combination of the MLS College Draft, in which players having graduated from college were selected, and the MLS Supplemental Draft, in which all other players were chosen. Philip Preston Jr. Salyer (born October 30, 1981) is an American soccer player who last played left defender for F.C. Dallas of Major League Soccer. Salyer played college soccer for the University of Maryland in the fall of 2000 and 2001, starting 40 games and registering 6 goals and 6 assists. After his sophomore season, Salyer left Maryland, choosing to play for reserve team of Bundesliga club Werder Bremen, with whom he signed January 17, 2001. Shavar Thomas (born 29 January 1981 in Hannah Town) is a retired Jamaican footballer and current assistant coach of FC Cincinnati 2 of MLS Next Pro. Eric Quill (born February 28, 1978 in Missouri City, Texas) is an American soccer coach and former player. Career College An outstanding youth soccer player, Quill was offered a contract by Ajax Amsterdam as a teenager, but declined the opportunity to go to Europe. He instead stayed in the United States, following the conventional route by going to Clemson University to play college soccer in 1996. After scoring six goals and five assists as a freshman for the Tigers, however, Quill decided to go pro, signing a Project-40 contract with MLS. Professional Quill was allocated to the Tampa Bay Mutiny for the 1997 season, but saw little playing time.
