Alberto Pascual Caracciolo (March 23, 1918 – January 31, 1994) was an Argentina, Argentine Tango (music), tango musician, a musical arranger, orchestra director, composer and bandoneón player. Born in Palermo, Buenos Aires, he began his musical studies at the age of 8, and at 16 he started playing bandoneón in Antonio Arcieri´s orchestra. Caracciolo was respected and well known by his colleagues rather than by the public in general because he chose to hold a low profile. He was heard extensively on Radio in Argentina, radio and appeared occasionally on Television in Argentina, television, but his music was not known well known outside Argentina and Uruguay. Giovanni Battista Caracciolo (also called Battistello) (1578–1635) was an Italian artist and important Neapolitan follower of Caravaggio. He was a member of the murderous Cabal of Naples, with Belisario Corenzio and Giambattista Caracciolo, who were rumoured to have poisoned and disappeared their competition for painting contracts. Prince Francesco Caracciolo (18 January 1752 – 30 June 1799) was an Italian admiral and revolutionary. Early life and British service Caracciolo was born in Naples to a noble family. It is likely that he was named after St. Francis Caracciolo, a saint of the Catholic Church and Francesco's many times great uncle. He entered the British Royal Navy and learned his seamanship under Rodney. Franco Caracciolo (29 March 1920 – 28 September 1999) was an Italian conductor. Life He was born in Bari in 1920. He studied piano and composing at the Conservatoire of S. Pietro a Majella in Naples, and conducting at the Accademia di Santa Cecilia in Rome. Career He toured widely as a concert and opera conductor, was leading conductor of the Scarlatti Orchestra of Naples from 1949 to 1964 and became the permanent conductor of the Sinfonica di Milano Orchestra of Radiotelevisione Italiana. Pasquale Caracciolo or Pasqual Caracciolo (''floruit'' 1566–1608) was a Neapolitan nobleman who wrote a substantial treatise on horses and horsemanship. His work ''La Gloria del Cavallo'' was first published in 1566. He is also a member of the House of Carácciolo ''La Gloria del Cavallo'' ''La Gloria del Cavallo'' is a treatise of about a thousand pages, dedicated almost entirely to horses and horsemanship. Caracciolo discusses the correct methods of training horses, but also investigates the complex relationships between horses and people. He attributes to horses feelings comparable to those of humans.
