Capital Theatre (kAp-uh-tl thEE-uh-tuhr) is a Rock band based in New Zealand made up of vocalist, pianist, and guitarist, Adam Stevenson, vocalist and guitarist, Roy Oliver, and vocalist and drummer, Paul Reid. Career Beginnings and Formation Stevenson, Oliver, and Reid met at a band jam night called Sing Sing at the Pony Club, a disguised, underground gentlemen's club. Paul Reid (actor)
Paul Andrew Reid (born ) is a New Zealand actor, musician and property developer. He played Marshall Heywood on the television series ''Shortland Street'' from 2001 to 2004, and was also a member of the band Rubicon. He now owns a commercial property investment company in Auckland and is the drummer for Auckland-based rock band Capital Theatre. Biography Born in 1980 or 1981, Reid was educated at Linwood College in Christchurch, where he took part in some school stage productions. He joined Christchurch rock group Loves Ugly Children as drummer in 1997, and not long they toured Australia before moving to Auckland. The group broke up in 1998, but Reid remained in Auckland to pursue an acting career. He eventually secured the role of Marshall Heywood in the long-running soap opera ''Shortland Street'', after Reid's band, Rubicon, played a band in the Disney Channel film '' Zenon: The Zequel'', which was shot in Auckland. Mike Clink is an American record producer. He began his career as an engineer at Record Plant Studios, recording such bands as Whitesnake, Triumph, Guns N' Roses, Mötley Crüe, Megadeth, UFO (including ''Strangers in the Night''), Jefferson Starship, The Babys, Heart, Eddie Money, and many others. Career Clink began producing in 1986.
