Cape Sant Antoni, Spain
Cape Sant Antoni (Catalan: ''Cap de Sant Antoni''; Spanish: ''Cabo San Antonio'') is a cape in the town of Xàbia, on the north coast of the Alacant Province in the Valencian Land, southeastern Spain. It is located north of the town proper, south of Dénia, and forms part of the southern edge of the Gulf of València, just before it ends at the more southerly Cap de la Nau. It is backed by the Montgó Mountain, of which it is actually an extension, geologically speaking, and ends in 170-meter-high cliffs. It is included in the Costa Blanca. It is part of the Montgó Natural Park, while the surrounding waters are part of the Cap de Sant Antoni Marine Reserve, and there are two plant micro-reserves on land, one at the north cliff face, and the other on a nearby isle. Cap De La Nau
The Cap de la Nau () or Cabo de la Nao (), literally Cape of the Ship, is a headland located central-eastern coastal Spain on the Gulf of Valencia, Mediterranean Sea. In English, it is also known as Cape Nao. Geography Cap de la Nau is in the municipality of Xàbia, within the Mediterranean province of Alicante, in the comarca of Marina Alta, and is the easternmost point of the Valencian Community. It marks the southern limit of the Gulf of Valencia, and points towards the nearby island of Formentera in the Balearic Islands. The cape is rocky, steep and mostly composed of limestone. Baetic System
The Baetic System or Betic System ( es, Sistema Bético) is one of the main systems of mountain ranges in Spain. Located in the southern and eastern Iberian Peninsula, it is also known as the Cordilleras Béticas (Baetic Mountain Ranges) or Baetic Mountains. The name of the mountain system derives from the ancient Roman region of Baetica, one of the Imperial Roman provinces of ancient Hispania. Vicente Blasco Ibáñez (, 29 January 1867 – 28 January 1928) was a journalist, politician and bestselling Spanish novelist in various genres whose most widespread and lasting fame in the English-speaking world is from Hollywood films that were adapted from his works. Biography He was born in Valencia. At university, he studied law and graduated in 1888 but never went into practice since he was more interested in politics, journalism and literature. He was a particular fan of Miguel de Cervantes. In politics, he was a militant Republican partisan in his youth, and he founded the newspaper ''El Pueblo'' (translated as ''The People'') in his hometown. Baltasar Porcel i Pujol (; Andratx, Majorca, 14 March 1937 – Barcelona, 1 July 2009) was a Spanish writer, journalist and literary critic. Eivissa
Ibiza (natively and officially in ca, Eivissa, ) is a Spanish island in the Mediterranean Sea off the eastern coast of the Iberian Peninsula. It is from the city of Valencia. Montgó Massif
Montgó () is a mountain in Alicante Province, Spain, which rises to . It is the last spur on the Cordillera Prebética Mountain Range and is located in the Marina Alta region in the north of Alicante between the towns of Dénia and Xàbia. The mountain rises dramatically from the valley floors surrounding it and dominates the skyline for miles around. Its craggy cliffs are home to some of the most unusual flora and fauna in Spain. The mountain is renowned for its rock formations, cliffs, caves and natural harbours. From the Xàbia side Montgó is often said to resemble the head and trunk of an elephant. Dénia ( es, Denia) is a historical coastal city in the province of Alicante, Spain, on the Costa Blanca halfway between Alicante and Valencia, and the capital and judicial seat of the ''comarca'' of Marina Alta.
