Cape Cod Factory Outlet Mall
The Cape Cod Factory Outlet Mall was an outdoor mall located in Bourne, Massachusetts. It was first developed into a shopping center in 1972 as an indoor outlet mall, but by 2012 was developed into an outdoor plaza. When it was an indoor mall, it boasted approximately 25 shops, from outlets to local brands. The mall's grounds also once housed the original location of the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Cape Cod, as well as a former motel. The indoor mall was originally opened in 1972, with the original part being the area that housed the Carter's Childrenswear and Dress Barn. The mall then saw a major expansion in the late 1980s, when the main portion of the mall was added. In its heyday, it housed retailers such as Big Dog Sportswear, Osh Kosh B'Gosh, Buck-A-Book, and a Sbarro pizzeria. Sagamore is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Bourne in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 3,623 at the 2010 census. "Sagamore" was one of the words used by northeastern Native Americans to designate an elected chief or leader. Geography Sagamore is located in the northeastern corner of the town of Bourne. It is bordered to the northeast by Cape Cod Bay, to the northwest by the town of Plymouth, to the west by the Massachusetts Route 3 expressway, to the southwest and south by U.S. Route 6 (the Mid-Cape Highway), and to the east by the town of Sandwich. The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Cape Cod is a former bottler of Coca-Cola, Dr Pepper and Canada Dry soft drinks located in Sandwich, Massachusetts, United States. The Wrentham Village Premium Outlets is an open-air outlet power center owned by the Simon Property Group. It is located off I-495 and Route 1A in Wrentham, Massachusetts. The facility opened in 1997, and was expanded in 1998, 1999, and 2000.
