Ussel, Corrèze
Ussel (; oc, Ussèl) is a commune in the Corrèze department in central France. Its inhabitants are called Ussellois. Location The community of Ussel is located in the Massif central on the foothills of the plateau de Millevaches. The city itself sits on a hilltop in between the valley of the river Diège and the valley of the river Sarsonne. It is situated at an altitude of 2070 ft (631 m), in the Massif Central on the last buttress of the Plateau de Millevaches. Ussel is crossed by the Green Meridian. Aix, Corrèze
Aix (; oc, Ais) is a Communes of France, commune in the Corrèze Departments of France, department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of central France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Aixois'' or ''Aixoises'' Geography Aix is located some 50 km south-west of Clermont-Ferrand. The south eastern section of the commune is traversed by the TransEuroppienne Motorway (E70 / A89). Exit No. 24 is just next to the border and this exit to the north connects the motorway to the Highway D1089 which runs fairly parallel to the motorway from Ussel, Corrèze, Ussel in the south-west to Merlines in the north-east passing through the heart of the commune.
