Canton Of La Beauce
The canton of La Beauce (French language, French: ''Canton de la Beauce'') is a Cantons of France, canton (an administrative division) of the Loir-et-Cher Departments of France, department, central France. Its seat is Beauce-la-Romaine. It was created at the 2015 French departmental elections, canton reorganisation that came into effect in March 2015. Since then it elects two members of the Departmental Council of Loir-et-Cher. Loir-et-Cher (, ) is a Departments of France, department in the Centre-Val de Loire Regions of France, region of France. Its name is originated from two rivers which cross it, the Loir in its northern part and the Cher (river), Cher in its southern part. Its prefecture is Blois. The Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques, INSEE and La Poste gave it the number 41.
