Can Of Worms (TV Program)
''Can of Worms'' was an Australian television talk show, broadcast on Network Ten, first screening on 4 July 2011 until 20 May 2013. Ian Dickson (TV personality), Ian "Dicko" Dickson hosted the first series along with Meshel Laurie. The second series, was hosted by Chrissie Swan and 'man on the street' Dan Ilic, began airing on 20 August 2012, with two 'Best of Specials' airing in November as a twopart finale. The Third Series (still hosted by Swan and Ilic) begun airing on 11 February 2013 and was broadcast live. James Mathison hosted the show whilst Swan was on maternity leave. The program features a panel of three public figures, answering questions issues that affect people every day involving political correctness, personal values and the unending capacity to make life complicated. Andrew Denton
Andrew Christopher Denton (born 4 May 1960) is an Australian television producer, comedian, Gold Logie-nominated television presenter and former radio host, and was the host of the ABC's weekly television interview program '' Enough Rope'' and the ABC game show ''Randling''. He is known for his comedy and interviewing technique. He is also responsible for introducing the troupe of ''The Chaser'' to Australian audiences. Early life Denton is the son of Kit Denton, writer and the author of the novel ''The Breaker'', about Australian soldier Breaker Morant. He went to Roseville Primary School in Sydney, before attending Blue Mountains Grammar School in Wentworth Falls. In 1977 he attended Guildford Grammar School in Perth. He then studied at Mitchell College of Advanced Education (MCAE) (now Charles Sturt University) in Bathurst, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 1982. South Eveleigh, previously known as Australian Technology Park is a retail, business centre and technology park south of the Sydney central business district and north of Sydney Airport. South Eveleigh borders Alexandria and Eveleigh. Eveleigh Railway Workshops emerged on the site in the 19th century and it was transformed into Australian Technology Park in 1995. Ultimo is an inner-city suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Eveleigh is an inner-city suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Eveleigh is located about 3 kilometres south of the Sydney central business district and is part of the local government area of the City of Sydney. History Eveleigh was named after the estate of Lieutenant J. R. Holden, so called after his birthplace in England. Much of the suburb of Redfern was known as Eveleigh in the early days. In fact, Redfern railway station was originally known as Eveleigh railway station. The Eveleigh railway yards were located immediately south-west of the station.
