Campionato Primavera 2
Campionato Primavera 2 is an Italian football youth competition. The first edition of the Campionato Primavera was held in the 1962–63 season, and a separate playoff for Serie B club took place. This tradition was discontinued after 1969. In 2017–18 season it split into two leagues: Campionato Primavera 1 and Campionato Primavera 2, organized by Lega Serie A and Lega Serie B respectively. Primavera2 is divided in two geographical leagues, the overall winner is decided through the ''Supercoppa Primavera 2''. Format Primavera2 is linked with Primavera1 through a promotion/relegation system, but the respective senior club must be member of one of two Italian national football leagues, the Lega Serie A or the Lega Serie B: if the first team is relegated to the Serie C, the youth team is excluded by both Primavera championships and transferred to the Campionato Nazionale Dante Berretti, and eventual re-admissions of other teams take place. Campionato Nazionale Primavera
The Campionato Nazionale Primavera – Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti, was an Italian football youth competition. It is organised by the Lega Serie A and the participating teams that take part in Serie A and Serie B: the first edition was held in the 1962–63 season, in place of the "Campionato Cadetti". Due to ceremonial reasons, the league is officially called Campionato Primavera Tim – Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti. Torino have the highest number of titles, having won the Campionato Primavera nine times. From the 2017–18 season, the league was replaced with Campionato Primavera 1 and Campionato Primavera 2. Competition format From the 2012–13 season players who are at least 15 years old and who are under 19 in the calendar year of the season ends (i.e. born 1994 for 2012–13 season). Campionato Primavera 3, formerly Campionato Nazionale Dante Berretti (or simply ''Campionato Berretti''), is an Italian football competition played by youth teams (under 19) organized by the Lega Pro, and mainly composed by Serie C clubs but also by some Serie A and Serie B teams. The first edition was held in the 1966–67 season for Serie C clubs only, but the competition was opened to other series' clubs in the 1968–69; since there the championship awarded multiple winning trophies, usually one for Serie C champion and one for the other categories' champion. From 1996–97 to 2003–04, only one winner was awarded.
