Camp Quest UK
Camp Quest UK (CQUK) is a British secular humanist summer camp which aims to promote critical thinking in children while providing a residential camping holiday to children in the United Kingdom. The camps are designed to encourage children to 'Question, Understand, Explore, Search and Test' and often use a group of philosophical techniques called Philosophy for Children (P4C) to develop reason, reasoning and Creativity, creative thinking skills. History Camp Quest began in the United States as a Irreligion, non-religious humanist summer camp for children in 1996. Richard Dawkins
Richard Dawkins (born 26 March 1941) is a British evolutionary biologist and author. The National Secular Society (NSS) is a British campaigning organisation that promotes secularism and the separation of church and state. Good Thinking Society
The Good Thinking Society is a nonprofit organisation promoting scientific scepticism established by Simon Singh in September 2012. Activities The society aims to raise awareness of and fund sceptical projects. During the 2014 World Homeopathy Awareness Week, the Good Thinking Society set up a website at homeopathyawarenessweek.org with the purpose of giving a factual scientific view on homeopathy.
