Hammond is a single-member electoral district for the South Australian House of Assembly. It is named after Ruby Hammond, the first indigenous woman to stand for the Federal Parliament. Mannum is a historic town on the west bank of the Murray River in South Australia, east of Adelaide. At the 2016 Australian census, 2016 census, the urban area of Mannum had a population of 2,398.
