Melvin Elliott Deutsch (July 26, 1915 – November 18, 2001) was an American professional baseball player. He was a relief pitcher in the Major Leagues who played briefly for the Boston Red Sox during the 1946 season. Listed at , 215 lb., Deutsch batted and threw right-handed. Kris Kocurek ( born November 15, 1978) is an American football coach and former defensive tackle who is the defensive line coach for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL).
