Joe Caffrey
Joe Caffrey (born 1966) is an English actor of theatre, television, and film. History Caffrey was born in the shipbuilding town of Wallsend, Northumberland. His father had worked at Swan Hunter's Shipyards and both of his grandfathers were miners. Joe's grandfather, Ned Murray, was an active Trade Unionist and Labour politician as well as a District Councilor. His mother, Lynne, is a Councillor in Gateshead. Caffrey chose to become an actor and was trained for three years at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Robert Elden Caffrey (born January 7, 1962) is an American former professional baseball catcher and first baseman. Career Caffrey attended Loara High School in Anaheim, California, and California State University, Fullerton, where he played college baseball for the Cal State Fullerton Titans baseball team. In the 1984 season, Fullerton won the 1984 College World Series. That year, his 28 home runs and 90 runs batted in were both the fifth-most in college baseball. He played for the United States national baseball team in the 1984 Summer Olympics. He appeared in the Olympics as a designated hitter, catching only four innings, and had a .196 batting average. Stuart McCaffrey
Stuart McCaffrey (born 30 May 1979) is a Scottish former professional football defender, who last played for Scottish club Greenock Morton. Playing career McCaffrey began his career as a trainee with Hibernian, before signing for Aberdeen in July 1998. Failing to break into the Aberdeen first team, he signed on loan for Inverness Caledonian Thistle in September 2000. This was followed by a permanent contract. McCaffrey made more than 150 appearances for Inverness, and has scored five goals. He was part of the Inverness defence, playing alongside the likes of Bobby Mann, Stuart Golabek, Ross Tokely, Grant Munro and Darren Dods. John Paul "Pete" McCaffrey (December 24, 1938 – March 4, 2012) was an American basketball player. He played for the gold medal-winning United States men's national basketball team at the 1964 Summer Olympics. He also played for the fourth place squad at the 1963 FIBA World Championship. McCaffrey was born in Tucson, Arizona and played collegiately at Saint Louis University, Saint Louis. Later, in 1994, he was inducted into the school's hall of fame. Aside from playing for the national team, McCaffrey played in the Amateur Athletic Union, first for the Buchan Bakers and then for the Akron Goodyear Wingfoots.
