Cadarian Raines
Cadarian Raines (born October 12, 1990) is an American professional basketball player for KB Trepça of the Kosovo Basketball Superleague. Standing at 2.06 m (6'9"), he plays the power forward and the center positions. After playing four years of college basketball at Virginia Tech, Raines entered the 2014 NBA draft, but he was not selected in the draft's two rounds. High school career Raines played high school basketball at Petersburg High School, where he was coached by Bill Lawson. Raines led the Crimson Wave to a 30-1 record and a 14-0 in district action. As a senior, he averaged 15.6 points, 9.8 rebounds, 3.8 blocks and 1.6 assists per game. The Virginia Tech Hokies men's basketball team is an NCAA Division I college basketball team competing in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Home games are played at Cassell Coliseum, located on Virginia Tech's campus in Blacksburg, Virginia, Blacksburg. The Hokies have made the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship, NCAA tournament 13 times, the most recent appearance coming in 2022. With the cancellation of the 2020 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament due to COVID-19, the Hokies have made five straight appearances in the NCAA Tournament. Cyprus Basketball Division 1
The Cypriot Basketball Division A is currently the top-tier level men's professional basketball competition of the Cypriot basketball league system. It is run and governed by the Cyprus Basketball Federation. Format At present, six clubs compete in the league. Since the 2016–17 season, the six teams play each other four times during the regular season, with the top 4 teams reaching the play-off semi-finals stage. One team (the last one) at the end of the season is relegated to the second division, whilst one team from the second division is promoted. The play-off semi-finals and the championship winner will be decided after three wins. The championship winner, along with the winners of the Cypriot Cup, will qualify to compete in the next season's FIBA's European-wide continental competitions. Michael Cobbins (born August 9, 1992) is an American professional basketball player for Basket Brescia Leonessa of the Italian Lega Basket Serie A (LBA). He played college basketball for Oklahoma State. High school career Cobbins attended Palo Duro High School where, as a junior, he averaged 18.3 points and 10.5 rebounds per game, leading the Dons to the Region I-4A finals. In his senior season, he averaged 15.1 points and 9.7 rebounds per game, making him a consensus four-star recruit. He was ranked as the 12th-best power forward by Scout.com and the ninth-best power forward by Rivals.com, who also ranked him as the No. 38 player of the nation. The Greek Basket League (GBL), often also referred to as the Greek A1 Basketball League, or Greek Basketball Championship (originally called Panhellenic Basketball Championship), and also known as the Stoiximan Basket League for sponsorship reasons, is the first tier level professional basketball league in Greece.
