Cabinet of Ewa Kopacz was the government of Poland from 22 September 2014 to 16 November 2015. It was appointed by President Bronisław Komorowski on 22 September 2014, and passed a vote of confidence in Sejm on 1 October 2014. Led by Ewa Kopacz, it is a centre-right coalition of two parties: liberal conservative Civic Platform (PO) and the agrarian Polish People's Party (PSL). Ewa Kopacz
Ewa Bożena Kopacz (; given name, née Lis; born 3 December 1956) is a Polish politician who has served as a Vice-President of the European Parliament since 2019. She previously was Marshal of the Sejm from 2011 to 2014, the first woman to hold the office, as well as Prime Minister of Poland from 2014 to 2015. In addition, Kopacz was Ministry of Health (Poland), Minister of Health from 2007 until 2011. Since 2001, she has been a member of Civic Platform, which she chaired from 2014 to 2016. Kopacz succeeded Donald Tusk as Prime Minister, becoming the second woman to hold the office after Hanna Suchocka (1992–1993). Andrzej Halicki (born 26 November 1961) is a Polish politician of the Civic Platform (PO) who has been serving as a Member of the European Parliament since the 2019 elections. Political career Career in national politics Halicki joined the PO in 2001. On 10 January 2007, Halicki replaced Jacek Wojciechowicz as member of the Sejm.
