The Fourteenth Government of the Republic of Croatia ( hr, Četrnaesta Vlada Republike Hrvatske) was the Croatian Government cabinet formed on 19 October 2016, following the 2016 election. It was led by Prime Minister Andrej Plenković. The cabinet was dissolved on 23 July 2020 and was succeeded by a new government presided over by Plenković. Andrej Plenković
Andrej Plenković ( ; born 8 April 1970) is a Croatian politician who has been serving as the prime minister of Croatia since 19 October 2016. He was previously one of eleven Croatian members of the European Parliament, serving from Croatia's accession to the European Union in 2013 until his resignation as MEP when he took office as prime minister. Plenković has also been serving as the president of the Croatian Democratic Union since 2016. Following his graduation from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in 1993, Plenković held various bureaucratic positions in the Croatian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. Davor Bernardić (born 5 January 1980) is a Croatian physicist and politician who served as the president of the Social Democratic Party from 2016 to 2020. He also served as one of four SDP vice-presidents, leader of the SDP's Zagreb branch, and president of the SDP Youth Forum. Ante Šprlje (born 20 August 1979) is a Croatian lawyer who served as the Minister of Justice in the cabinets of Prime Ministers Tihomir Orešković and Andrej Plenković from 22 January 2016 until being dismissed by Plenković on 27 April 2017.
