The CZW World Junior Heavyweight Championship was a professional wrestling Championship (professional wrestling)#Weight class championships, junior heavyweight championship owned by the Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) Professional wrestling promotion, promotion. The championship was created and debuted on February 19, 1999 at CZW's Opening Night House show, event. Only wrestlers under the junior heavyweight weight limit of may hold the championship. Austin Kirk Jenkins (born July 5, 1989) is an American professional wrestler currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he performs under the ring name Adam Cole. He is also known for his tenures with WWE and Ring of Honor (ROH). Cole began his eight-year tenure with ROH in 2009 and went on to become the first-ever three-time ROH World Champion. A ladder match is a type of match in professional wrestling, most commonly one in which an item (usually a title belt) is hung above the ring, and the winner is the contestant who climbs a ladder and retrieves the item.
