CS Șoimii Pâncota
Șoimii Pâncota was a Romanian professional football club from Pâncota, Arad County, Romania, founded in 1938. From August 2016, the home matches were played at Otto Greffner Stadium, in Șiria, Arad County, until their dissolution in October 2016. History Early Years The first document dates from 1923, at that time the team was called Spartak Pâncota. The team played in a landscaped garden on the site of the markets and the colors were green and white and played in the Western League with similar teams from Șiria, Lipova, Salonta, Arad, etc. Representative members of the batch at the time were: Beszeny, Vagalau, Cornel Vuia, Stark, Schmidth, Chebeleu, Hipp, Pohaner, Badovics, Ardelean, Coroban. In 1938, at the initiative of players the club changed its name from ''Spartak'' to Șoimii (The Falcons). After the Second World War, the team played on the current stadium, named after the club. The Liga 3, most often spelled as Liga III, is the third level of the Romanian football league system. Its name was changed from Divizia C to Liga III before the start of the 2006–07 season. Asociația Club Sportiv Foresta Suceava, commonly known as Foresta Suceava or simply as Foresta, is a professional football club from Romania, based in Suceava, Suceava County and founded in 1946 as Locomotiva Ițcani. Club Sportiv Afumați, commonly known as CS Afumați or simply as Afumați, is a Romanian football club based in Afumați, Ilfov County, currently playing in the Liga III. History CS Afumați was founded in 1996 and played in Liga IV until the summer of 2011 when the club obtained a place in Liga III despite the fact that it failed to promote. Fotbal Club Bihor Oradea (), commonly known as Bihor Oradea or simply as FC Bihor, was a Romanian professional football club based in Oradea, Bihor County. 2015–16 Liga II
The 2015–16 Liga II was the 76th season of the Liga II, the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 29 August. The 28 teams were divided in two series (with 14 teams each). The regular season was played in a round-robin tournament. The first six teams from each series played a play-off for promotion to Liga I. Because of switching to a system with just one series of 22 teams from next season, there will be 11 teams relegated from Liga II this year. After the regular season, the last two teams in each series relegated to Liga III; the last 3 teams in each play-out pool also relegated, while the 3rd placed teams in the play-out faced off in a game that determined the 11th relegated team. The Liga 2, most often spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07. It is currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by Casa Pariurilor, a betting company with the official name Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor. Format Divisions Since its inception in 1934, Liga II had between 2 and 9 parallel divisions, with clubs divided based on geographic regions. The 2013–14 Liga III season is the 58th season of the Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 30 August. There is a new system, with six series of 12 teams that will play a regular season, followed by a play-off and play-out for each series. The regular season is a round-robin tournament. At the end of the regular season, the first six teams from each series will play a Promotion play-off and the winners will qualify to Liga II. The last six teams from each series will play a Relegation play-out. The last three teams from each series, at the end of play-out, will relegate to Liga IV.
