CS M'saken
Croissant Sportif de M'saken ( ar, الهلال الرياضي بمساكن, often referred to as ''CSM''), translated into "Crescent Sports of M'saken", is an omni-sport club based in the city of M'saken in Tunisia. Founded in 1945, the team plays in green and red colors. The main sections of this sports club play football, handball and boxing. In the 1980s, there was also a section of Rugby team, which now is an independent team called "Association Sportive de M'saken" placed in the forefront of the national championship, the new team has also some sections of judo, athletics and women's handball. M'saken ( ''Msākan''; also spelled ''Masakin'', ''Msaken'') is a town in north-eastern Tunisia, close to Sousse. Etymology The origin of the word comes from "Msaken" masken (plural masken) meaning "habitat", "house" or "dwelling". This refers to "Houses of honorable people" (Masken el achraf) Administration The town is the administrative center of a Delegations of Tunisia, "delegation" (district) of the same name, which at the 2014 Census had a population of 97,225. The Tunisian Cup , officially named the President's Cup, is the official competition of the Cup in Tunisian football and is considered the second most important local title after the Tunisian Ligue Professionnelle 1. The first cup competition was held in the 1922-1923 season during the French occupation. The first final was played after independence in the season of 1955 - 1956 and won by Stade Tunisien. The tournament has been held annually since then except for the 1978 season due to the participation of the national team in the World Cup Argentina, and did not complete in 2002 due to the participation of the national team in the World Cup Japan and South Korea. Stade Tunisien (; ar, الملعب التونسي) or ST is a football club from Bardo, Tunis, Tunisia. Alongside Espérance de Tunis and Club Africain it forms the group of three best teams in the capital city region. Founded in 1948, it is the successor of the football section of the defunct Association of Young Muslims of Bardo founded in 1923. Zoubeir Baya (or Beya) (; born 15 May 1971) is a Tunisian former professional footballer with a distinguished career as one of his country's most accomplished football exports. Baya, an attacking midfielder, displayed considerable skill and enterprise on the international scene and provided the North African nation with vast international experience. Twice named ''Tunisian Footballer of the Year'', Baya suited up for his country at the 1998 World Cup in France and at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
