CIF Sac-Joaquin Section
The Sac-Joaquin Section (SJS) is the governing body of public and private high school athletics in parts of Northern San Joaquin Valley, California. Its geographic area also covers the California portion of the Lake Tahoe region; however, three schools in that area—North Tahoe, Truckee, and South Tahoe High Schools—are instead members of the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association due to their relative isolation from other California schools and their proximity to more populated areas in Nevada, especially in the Reno area. Folsom High School
Folsom High School is a public secondary school in the western United States, located in Folsom, California, a suburb east of Sacramento. Established in 1922, it is a part of the Folsom Cordova Unified School District. School history The first campus constructed for Folsom High School was at 715 Riley Street. (The current home of Sutter Middle School.) Before Folsom High existed, students in Folsom attended San Juan High School on Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights. A major fire on June 22, 1959 destroyed most of the original buildings on the Folsom High School campus on Riley Street. The new Folsom High campus on Iron Point Road opened in August of 1998 for Junior and senior students only. Inderkum High School
Inderkum High School is an American public high school located in Sacramento, California, United States serving grades 9–12 in the Natomas Unified School District. It is an International Baccalaureate World School located in the northwestern neighborhoods of Sacramento. History Inderkum High School opened in 2004 with Ron Zimbalist as the principal and Darrin Slojkowski as the assistant principal. A few teachers from the first year remain. Its name comes from Frank Inderkum, a dairy farmer who owned the land the school is on. The mascot is a Tiger. School colors are blue and gold. Bella Vista High School
Bella Vista High School is a public high school in Fair Oaks, California. It is a member of the San Juan Unified School District and serves eastern Fair Oaks and southern Orangevale. In 2003, the California Department of Education's School Recognition Program honored Bella Vista High School as a "California Distinguished School". It was also the only school in Sacramento County to receive this honor in 2003. In 2009, it received the same recognition again from the California Department of Education. On November 18, 2010, the school celebrated its 50th anniversary with a special presentation for all past and current students. Antelope High School is one of the five high schools in the Roseville Joint Union High School District. The school is located at 7801 Titan Drive, in Antelope, California, United States. Tracy High School is a four-year public secondary school located in Tracy, California, United States. Enrollment during the 2009-2010 school year was 2339 students. History. The West Side Union High School, renamed Tracy Union High School in 1928, is located on Tracy's eastern edge on of land on Eleventh Street. Prior to its opening in 1917, high school students attended classes in second-floor classrooms at Tracy School on Central Avenue. Before 1912, students had to attend school in Stockton or elsewhere.
