Cel (goddess)
Cel was the Etruscan goddess of the earth. On the Etruscan calendar, the month of ''Celi'' (September) is likely named for her. Her Greek counterpart is Gaia and her Roman is Tellus. In Etruscan mythology, Cel was the mother of the Giants. A bronze mirror from the 5th century BC depicts a theomachy in which Celsclan, "son of Cel," is a Giant attacked by Laran, the god of war. In Greek, "giant" comes from a word meaning "born from Gaia". Another mirror depicts anguiped Giants in the company of a goddess, possibly Cel, whose lower body is formed of vegetation. In a sanctuary near Lake Trasimeno were found five votive bronze statuettes, some male and some female, dedicated to her as ''Cel Ati'', "Mother Cel". Cel Spellman
Ceallach Spellman ( ; born 31 August 1995) is an English actor and presenter best known for playing Matthew Williams in the revival of ITV drama '' Cold Feet'', Harry Fisher in the BBC One school-based drama '' Waterloo Road'' from 2010 to 2011 and hosting ''Friday Download'' and various other programmes on CBBC. From July 2015 until August 2020, he presented his own show on BBC Radio 1 which aired every Sunday afternoon between 16:00 and 19:00 with his co-presenter Katie Thistleton. Aaron Cel (born March 4, 1987) is a French-Polish professional basketball player for Polski Cukier Toruń of the Polish Basketball League. Professional career Cel made his professional debut with Le Mans in the French Pro A League. He later played with Brest, Boulazac and Nantes in the French Pro B League. In the summer of 2011, he signed with Polish team Turów Zgorzelec. After he spent two seasons with them in June 2013, he signed with Stelmet Zielona Góra. In July 2015, he returned to France and signed with AS Monaco Basket. For the 2016–17 season he moved to French club BCM Gravelines. On August 6, 2017, he signed with Polish club Polski Cukier Toruń. Celtic Languages
The Celtic languages ( usually , but sometimes ) are a group of related languages descended from Proto-Celtic. They form a branch of the Indo-European language family. The term "Celtic" was first used to describe this language group by Edward Lhuyd in 1707, following Paul-Yves Pezron, who made the explicit link between the Celts described by classical writers and the Welsh and Breton languages. During the 1st millennium BC, Celtic languages were spoken across much of Europe and central Anatolia. Today, they are restricted to the northwestern fringe of Europe and a few diaspora communities. Bile salt-dependent lipase (or BSDL), also known as carboxyl ester lipase (or CEL) is an enzyme produced by the adult pancreas and aids in the digestion of fats. Bile salt-stimulated lipase (or BSSL) is an equivalent enzyme found within breast milk. BSDL has been found in the pancreatic secretions of all species in which it has been looked for. A check engine light or malfunction indicator lamp (MIL), is a tell-tale that a computerized engine-management system uses to indicate a malfunction. Found on the instrument panel of most automobiles, it usually bears the legend , , , , , or a pictogram of an engine—and when illuminated, it is typically an amber or red color. The light generally has two stages: steady (indicating a minor fault) and flashing (indicating a severe fault). When the MIL is lit, the engine control unit stores a fault code related to the malfunction, which can be retrieved—although in many models this requires the use of a scan tool. The China Energy Label (CEL， zh, 中国能效标识) is an energy consumption label for products in China, similar to the European Union energy label. Manufacturers of specified electronic devices are obligated to attach a CEL label to their goods to inform China-based consumers of the product's energy efficiency. The label includes the product's energy efficiency class (1–5) as well as information regarding its energy consumption. Targets The CEL shows the level of energy consumption and, thus, the energy efficiency of a product. The CEL aims to encourage customers to buy energy efficient products.
