It is Owned-and-operated station, owned and operated by the network's CBS News and Stations division alongside The CW, CW affiliate WPSG (channel 57). Plattsburgh ( moh, Tsi ietsénhtha) is a city in, and the seat of, Clinton County, New York, United States, situated on the north-western shore of Lake Champlain. Philco (an acronym for Philadelphia Battery Company) is an American electronics industry, electronics manufacturer headquartered in Philadelphia.
