The Indian Revenue Service (IAST: ), often abbreviated as IRS, is an Indian government agency that is primarily responsible for collecting and administering direct and indirect taxes. As a central civil service under Group A of the executive branch of the Government of India, it functions under the Department of Revenue of the Ministry of Finance and is under the administrative direction of the Revenue Secretary and the ministerial command of the Minister of Finance. Casterton Business And Enterprise College
Casterton College, Rutland (previously Casterton Business and Enterprise College (CBEC) and Casterton Community College) is one of three secondary schools in the county of Rutland, England. Located in the village of Great Casterton, the school provides education for eleven- to sixteen-year-olds, as well as a Childcare Centre for the under fives and an adult education programme. It opened as Great Casterton Secondary Modern School in 1939. The catchment area is the eastern part of Rutland including Cottesmore, Empingham and Ketton but the college attracts many of its students from Stamford, across the Lincolnshire boundary. Prior to academy conversion, the school had been rated as ‘outstanding’ in 2010. In December 2014, Ofsted rated the college as ‘requires improvement’ in all areas (teaching, behaviour, leadership and achievement). CBCS-FM is a Canadian radio station. It is the CBC Radio One station in Sudbury, Ontario, broadcasting at 99.9 FM, and serves all of Northeastern Ontario through its network of relay transmitters. The station's studio is located at the CBC/Radio-Canada facilities at 43 Elm Street in Sudbury. History On July 28, 1975, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation received approval from the CRTC to operate a new english-language FM station at Sudbury, Ontario. The proposed frequency was 97.1 MHz (later read 99.9 MHz when launched). The station was launched on May 5, 1978 on 99.9 MHz. Cranbourne is a co-educational secondary school in Basingstoke, northern Hampshire, England. The school serves Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students between the ages of 11 and 16. The school follows the National Curriculum. History Cranbourne was founded as the Cranbourne Bi-Lateral School in 1967 as a bilateral school for 11- to 18-year-olds, on the site of a former nursery. It became a comprehensive school in 1972 following the establishment of Queen Mary's Sixth Form College, and then as Cranbourne Business and Enterprise College in September 2004. Cranbourne (or CBEC) became the first of two Business and Enterprise Colleges in Hampshire in 2004 and features scola architecture refurbished in 2006. CBEC is separated into 9 blocks and features a small swimming pool and a 3-story Science block (C block).
