Chengalvarayan Kuppusami (13 December 1926 – 19 April 2013) was a member of the Lok Sabha of India from 1998 to 2009. He represented the Chennai North constituency of Tamil Nadu and was a member of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) political party. The Madras Presidency, or the Presidency of Fort St. George, also known as Madras Province, was an administrative subdivision (presidency) of British India. At its greatest extent, the presidency included most of southern India, including the whole of the Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra state and some parts of Kerala, Karnataka, Odisha and the union territory of Lakshadweep.
