Li Hongzhong
Li Hongzhong (; born 13 August 1956) is a Chinese politician, who is currently the first-ranking vice chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and a member of the Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party. Born in Shenyang, Li spent much of his early career in Guangdong province, including as mayor, then party secretary of Shenzhen. He was transferred to Hubei province in 2007 and would go on to serve as Governor and party secretary there. He served as the Party Secretary of Tianjin between 2016 and 2022. Early life and education Li was born in Shenyang, Liaoning in August 1956, but traces his ancestry to Changle, Shandong. Between 1975 and 1978, during the Cultural Revolution, he performed manual labour as a sent-down youth in an agricultural near Shenyang. In 1976, he joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Yin Hong (; born June 1963) is a Chinese politician who is the current party secretary of Jiangxi. He served as the governor of Henan from December 2019 to March 2021. Previously he had spent his entire political career in Shanghai. Biography Yin was born in Huzhou. He graduated from the Shanghai University of Technology with a double major in engineering and law. He started to work in the university's Communist Youth League organization in July 1985 after graduation. In 1988, he obtained a master's degree in law from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 1993, he was Southern Illinois University for one year as a visiting scholar. In 1994 after coming back from the United States, he became the general secretary of the Communist Youth League organization of the newly established Shanghai University. Lin Duo (; born March 1956) is a Chinese politician currently serving as the Party Secretary of Gansu. He formerly served as CCP Committee Secretary and Mayor of Harbin, and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Liaoning Province. Biography Lin Duo was born in March 1956 in Heze, Shandong province. In November 1974, he enlisted in the People's Liberation Army Navy and served as a submariner for five years. He joined the Chinese Communist Party in October 1975. After leaving the military in 1979, he worked in the Ministry of Aerospace Industry. In 1982, Lin began working for the road administration office of Huairou County in suburban Beijing, embarking on a career in the Beijing government lasting nearly three decades.
