Fame (duo)
Fame was a Swedish musical duo consisting of Jessica Andersson (born 27 October 1973 in Stockholm) and Magnus Bäcklund (born 16 November 1965 in Kristinehamn, Värmland County). They met each other at the televised arts school and contest ''Fame Factory'', which aired in autumn 2002. Bäcklund was the overall winner, while Andersson dropped out to give birth to her son Liam. Bäcklund also has two young twin daughters at home. Andersson is a former photo model and Bäcklund is a commercial pilot. Melodifestivalen In 2003, Fame won the favour of the Swedish public and the jury with the song " Give Me Your Love" in a landslide victory in Melodifestivalen 2003 at the Stockholm Globe Arena. Fame won with 240 points, overtaking such former Melodifestivalen winners as Jan Johansen, Jill Johnson and Afro-Dite, as well as the famous Swedish pop group Alcazar. Jessica Andersson
Jessica Elisabeth Andersson (born Jessica Arvidsson on 27 October 1973) is a Swedish singer and songwriter. She was part of the Swedish duo Fame with Magnus Bäcklund between 2002 and 2006 after they met at the reality television show ''Fame Factory''. As Fame, she represented Sweden in Eurovision Song Contest 2003 held in Riga, Latvia with " Give Me Your Love" finishing fifth. After the breakup of the band, she developed a solo singing career, releasing four studio albums, and has appeared solo six times in Melodifestivalen competitions in 2006, 2007, 2010, 2015, 2018 and in 2021. Beginnings and in Fame Factory Before becoming a TV celebrity, she worked amongst others as a singer in the floor show ''Svensk Schlager'' in Trollhättan where she resided. Big Brother 2011 (Sweden)
Big Brother 2011 was the fifth season of the Swedish version of the reality show '' Big Brother''. It was premièred on 20 February 2011, when 17 housemates were locked inside a house located in Årsta Partihallar outside Stockholm TV11 broadcasts program six nights a week. Highlights shows are broadcast from Monday to Friday 22:00-23:00. Weekly Finals are broadcast on Sunday 21:00-22:25. For a fee, the viewer could also follow the participants live on the Internet. Overall, participants were locked up for 106 days (15 weeks). On 26 January 2011, it was announced that Gry Forssell would be the host of the show. Talang 2011
Talang 2011 was the fifth season of the talent show '' Talang'', the Swedish version of Got Talent. Both Bert Karlsson and Charlotte Perrelli returned as judges while Henrik Fexeus became the new third judge.http://www.tv4.se/1.2077685/2011/03/31/Talent_2011_aker_till_ystad The season featured eleven episodes and started broadcasting on 1 April 2011, with the final held on 10 June 2011. Amanda Linnea Fondell (born 29 August 1994, Linderöd, Sweden) is a Swedish singer and winner of the Idol 2011, eighth series of Swedish ''Idol (Swedish TV series), Idol'', which she won on 9 December 2011 with 52% of the votes. Idol 2011 (Sweden)
Idol 2011 was the Swedish Idol series' eight season and premiered on TV4 on 4 September 2011. Pär Lernström was the new host of the series, after Peter Jihde declined to return as host after Idol 2010. Two of the judges from earlier year returned, namely Anders Bagge and Laila Bagge Wahlgren, were joined in with two new judges, Alexander Bard and Pelle Lidell. Winner of season eight was Amanda Fondell with Robin Stjernberg as first runner-up and Moa Lignell Moa Lignell (born 6 June 1994 in Alingsås, Sweden) is a Swedish singer, who came in third place in ''Idol 2011''. ''Idol'' is a Sweden, Swedish reality-competition talent show broadcast on TV4 (Sweden), TV4. It first appeared in August 2004, and became one of the most popular shows on Swedish television. Part of the Idols (TV series), ''Idols'' franchise, it originated from the reality program ''Pop Idol'' created by British people, British entertainment executive Simon Fuller, which was first aired in 2001 in the United Kingdom. The program seeks to discover the best singer in Sweden through a series of nationwide auditions. The outcomes of the later stages of the competition are determined by public phone voting. The format features three judges who give critiques of the contestants' performances. Since ''Idol'' started in 2004, the show has featured five different line-ups of judges, a total of nine different judges, as well as twelve different presenters (including sidekicks in 2011 and 2013). ''Big Brother'' or ''Big Brother Sverige'' was the Swedish version of the reality television franchise '' Big Brother'' created by producer John de Mol in 1999. The show followed a number of contestants, known as housemates, who are isolated from the outside world for an extended period of time in a custom-built house. Each week, one of the housemates is evicted by a public vote, with the last housemate remaining winning a cash prize. The show was aired in 2000 and again from 2002 to 2004 on Kanal 5, from 2011 to 2012 on TV11, Kanal 11 on 2015 and finally on Sjuan from 2020 to 2021. Tjuvarnas jul (The Thieves' Christmas) was the 2011 '' SVT Christmas calendar'' broadcast 1–24 December by Sveriges Television. The plot focuses on a thief named Kurre and his little daughter Charlie. It has a style reminiscent of Charles Dickens' stories. Plot The series is set in Stockholm during the 19th century. Kurre feeds entirely on stealing. He is involved in a gang of thieves led by the evil old woman Madame Bofvén. He lives alone in a loft, until a little girl named Ing-Britt (later renamed to Charlie by Madame Bofvén) who apparently is his daughter shows up outside his door. During the series they approach each other as father and daughter, while Madame Bofvén planning to rob the big department store and the police seek diligently after the thieves. As if that were not enough the store owner seems to have an illicit secret.
