The 2010–11 Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 was the 49th season of the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 since its establishment in 1962. Ravshan Sayfiddinovich Irmatov ( uz, Ravshan Sayfiddinovich Ermatov, Равшан Сайфиддинович Эрматов; born August 9, 1977) is an Uzbek professional football referee.
