The 2006–07 Big Ten Conference men's basketball season began with the 2006–07 NCAA Division I men's basketball season in November. The season marked the 102nd season of Big Ten play. 2006–07 Ohio State Buckeyes men's basketball team, Ohio State won the Big Ten Conference regular season championship by two games over 2006–07 Wisconsin Badgers men's basketball team, Wisconsin. Wisconsin's Alando Tucker was named Big Ten Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Year, Big Ten Player of the Year. Ohio State also won the 2007 Big Ten Conference men's basketball tournament, Big Ten tournament by defeating Wisconsin. As a result of the win, Ohio State received the conference's automatic bid to the 2007 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament. ACC–Big Ten Challenge
The ACC–Big Ten Challenge (or Big Ten–ACC Challenge as it was called in alternating years) was an in-season NCAA Division I men's college basketball series that matched up teams from the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and the Big Ten Conference (B1G). ESPN was a key part of the creation of the challenge and held the broadcast rights to all the games. The ACC–Big Ten Challenge occurred early in the non-conference season, typically around late November/early December. Each game was hosted by one of the participating schools, with teams typically alternating home and away status in each successive year. He played college basketball for the University of Illinois before going undrafted in the 2008 NBA draft. Adam Haluska (born November 16, 1983) is an American former professional basketball player. College career Iowa 2003–2007 Haluska played college basketball with the Iowa Hawkeyes, and scored 1,847 points in his collegiate career.
