C.D. Tulancingo
Club Deportivo Tulancingo is a Mexican professional football team based in Tulancingo, Hidalgo that is currently playing in the Liga Premier de México since the 2022–23 season. History Football has been a popular sport in Tulancingo, highlighting the FC Satélites and Titanes de Tulancingo clubs, the latter team winning the Serie A de México twice. However, no team has been able to establish itself for a long time in the city. In May 2022, the C.D. Tulancingo to try to recover sports representation in the city. It was announced that they would seek to establish two teams, one in the Liga Premier de México and the other in the Liga TDP. The team was accepted into the Liga Premier on July 1, 2022, its integration into Group 2 of Serie A was announced on July 12. Tulancingo (officially Tulancingo de Bravo; Otomi language, Otomi: Ngu̱hmu) is the second-largest city in the Mexico, Mexican States of Mexico, state of Hidalgo (state), Hidalgo. The Liga Premier is the third tier of Association football, football in Mexico within the Mexican football league system that governs Serie A de México, Serie A and Serie B de México, Serie B leagues/group competitions. The Serie A has 33 teams (1 Liga MX Reserve Team, 3 Liga de Expansión MX Reserve Teams and 29 Serie A Teams) divided into two groups. For the 2022–23 season, it will be a return of two short tournaments consisting of 10 total matches played home & away and the liguilla. The Liga TDP is Mexico's fourth tier in the Mexican League System. The Liga TDP is divided into 17 groups. For the 2009/2010 season, the format of the tournament has been reorganized to a home and away format, which all teams will play in their respective group.
