Jungle (band)
Jungle is a British electronic music project founded in 2013 by producers Josh Lloyd-Watson and Tom McFarland. Jungle have released three studio albums. 2014's ''Jungle'' was shortlisted for the Mercury Prize that year. Their second album was 2018's '' For Ever'' through XL Recordings, while their third album, ''Loving in Stereo'', was released on 13 August 2021 via Caiola Records. The group is based in London. Background Jungle was founded by Josh Lloyd-Watson and Tom McFarland. The pair had been friends since they were nine years old, where they lived next door to each other in Shepherd's Bush, London. Ultratop is a non-profit organization, created on the initiative of the Belgian Entertainment Association (BEA), the Belgian member organization of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry. Two parallel sets of charts are concurrently produced and published, one on behalf of Belgium's mainly Dutch-speaking Flanders region, and the other catering to the nation's mainly French-speaking region of Wallonia. ''Jungle'' is the debut studio album by London-based modern musical collective Jungle (band), Jungle. It was released on 14 July 2014 through XL Recordings. A nu-disco and disco funk album, ''Jungle'' combines musical influences from the 1970s, 1980s and 2010s into a sunny sound flavoured by soul music, soul and funk and the group's processed falsetto vocals, which were treated with ring modulator, modulation and Leslie speaker effects.
