Bursaspor Basketbol
Bursaspor Basketbol, for sponsorship reasons Frutti Extra Bursaspor, is a Turkish basketball club based in Bursa. It currently plays in the Basketbol Süper Ligi. Founded in 2014, it is the basketball section of the multi-sports club Bursaspor. History Bursaspor Basketbol was founded in 2014 and entered the Third Turkish League. In 2019, Bursaspor promoted to the Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL), for the first time after winning the Turkish Second Division championship. In the 2019–20 Basketbol Süper Ligi, Bursaspor performed well until the season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After finishing ninth in the standings, the team will play in the 2020–21 EuroCup Basketball. This will be the European debut of the team. Basketbol Süper Ligi
The Basketball Super League ( tr, Basketbol Süper Ligi; BSL), also known as the Türkiye Sigorta Basketbol Süper Ligi for sponsorship reasons, is the top men's professional basketball division of the Turkish basketball league system. It replaced the former Turkish Basketball Championship (1946–1966) to become the Turkish Basketball League (TBL) until 2015 when it adopted its current name while the TBL name became exclusive to the second-tier and third-tier divisions. The BSL is administrated by the Turkish Basketball Federation (TBF) and is contested by 16 teams, with the two lowest-placed teams relegated to the second-tier TBL and replaced by the top two teams of that division. Since the league's restructuring in 1966, 11 clubs have been crowned champions, with Anadolu Efes winning the title a record 15 times and Fenerbahçe 10 times. 2020–21 EuroCup Basketball
The 2020–21 EuroCup Basketball season was the 19th season of Euroleague Basketball's secondary level professional club basketball tournament. It was the 13th season since it was renamed from the ULEB Cup to the EuroCup, and the fifth season under the title sponsorship name of 7DAYS. Team allocation A total of 24 teams from 10 leagues participate in the 2020–21 EuroCup Basketball. In response to the premature ending of the previous season caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the eight teams that qualified for the quarterfinals were awarded with guaranteed spots. The 2020–21 Basketbol Süper Ligi was the 55th season of the Basketbol Süper Ligi, the top-tier level professional club basketball league in Turkey. The season is the first to be played after the previous season was abandoned due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The previous season was cancelled in May 2020. Xavier Tyler Jerome Munford (born June 1, 1992) is an American professional basketball player for Hapoel Tel Aviv of the Israeli Basketball Premier League and the Eurocup. He played two seasons of college basketball for the Rhode Island Rams. High school career Munford attended Saint Benedict's Preparatory School in Newark, New Jersey. Anthony LeJohn Brown (born October 10, 1992) is an American professional basketball player for UNICS Kazan of the VTB United League. He played college basketball for the Stanford Cardinal.
