Tania Bryer (born 5 July 1962) is a British broadcaster who is affiliated with global television network CNBC. She is host and executive producer of the series ''CNBC Meets with Tania Bryer'' and is a regular presenter of ''The CNBC Conversation''. In 2017, Bryer was host and executive producer of CNBC's travel series, ''Trailblazers''. She also contributes to CNBC's live programmes ''Squawk Box Europe'' and ''Street Signs''. Bryer also appears weekly on ''Sky News Sunrise'' reviewing the news stories of the day. Constance Bryer
Constance Elizabeth Bryer (July 1870 – 12 July 1952) was a British classical violinist and campaigner for women's rights, an activist and suffragette who during her imprisonment in Holloway Prison went on hunger strike as a consequence of which she was force-fed. Early life and family Constance Bryer was born in Islington in London in 1870, the eldest of seven children born to Thomas John Bryer (1844–1916), a bullion merchant, and Elizabeth Butler Bryer ( Chadwick; 1847–1937). In 1908, she was a violinist living in the family home at 49 Tufnell Park Road in London. Her brother, Gilbert William Bryer (1882–1919), served as a gunner with the Royal Garrison Artillery during World War I and died of injuries sustained in service. He is buried in Highgate Cemetery. Suffrage activity Bryer joined the Women's Social and Political Union (WSPU) and the Church League for Women's Suffrage (CLWS), abandoning her career as a musician to campaign for women's rights. Paul Bryers (born 1 August 1955 in Liverpool) is a British film director, screenwriter and fiction author. Biography Paul Bryers studied Modern history, politics and economy at the University of Southampton. Later he joined the Daily Mirror’s training scheme for journalists. He worked there for two years, and then became a reporter and presenter for the British commercial television station Southern ITV. Later he became producer and director, covering conflicts in Africa, the Middle East and South America. Denise Bryer (5 January 1928 – 16 October 2021) was an English actress, known for her voice roles on television and radio. Career Best remembered in her UK homeland for her work on the Gerry Anderson series, ''Terrahawks'', where she voiced both the main villain Zelda and the heroic Capt. Mary Falconer, Bryer became well known in the United States when she voiced Billina in Disney's 1985 film ''Return to Oz'', as well as The Junk Lady in the 1986 movie ''Labyrinth'', and many other films. Lionel Bryer (14 June 1928 – 3 November 2006) was a South African- British youth arts promoter. He was co-founder of the International Youth Foundation which developed the European Union Youth Orchestra and the International Festival of Youth Orchestras. Biography Born in Bloemfontein, South Africa, he studied medicine at Witwatersrand University in Johannesburg . He went to the University of Oxford on winning a Rhodes Scholarship, where he was an avid sportsman, playing rugby, cricket, tennis and skiing. He won a Nuffield research scholarship which brought him to Harvard University as a Research Fellow. He won the first Albert Joachim International Research Prize in 1956 from the International Association for Dental Research. 2019 Northern British Columbia Murders
The 2019 Northern British Columbia homicides were a spree killing that took place on the Alaska Highway and Stewart–Cassiar Highway in British Columbia, Canada, between July 14–19, 2019. Kam McLeod and Bryer Schmegelsky are believed to have killed Lucas Fowler and Chynna Deese, before killing Leonard Dyck within a six-day time frame. By July 23, 2019, McLeod and Schmegelsky allegedly traversed stretching across four Canadian provinces in ten days. A nationwide manhunt for the suspects was initiated by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Bob Bryer
Robert Cory Bryar (born December 31, 1979) is an American retired musician and sound engineer best known as the drummer of the rock band My Chemical Romance. The longest tenured and last official drummer, he performed in the band from 2004 until his departure in 2010. Bryar joined the band replacing former drummer Matt Pelissier shortly after the release of their second studio album '' Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge'' (2004). He performed on all of the subsequent releases in support of the album, as well as the band's commercially successful concept album, '' The Black Parade'' (2006). Despite suffering numerous injuries while on tour, Bryar continued to tour with the band and joined them in the studio to record their fourth studio album before departing from My Chemical Romance in 2010.
