Bryce Hall (American Football)
Bryce Hall (born November 5, 1997) is an American football cornerback for the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Virginia. High school career Playing at Bishop McDevitt High School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Hall played mostly wide receiver but was also sparingly used in the defensive backfield. He was rated as a two-star prospect, and chose Virginia over only one other FBS scholarship offer, Coastal Carolina. He originally committed to UVA as an athlete, with more accolades on the offensive side of the ball. College career Receiving playing time as a true freshman in 2016, Hall became a starter in the defensive lineup after switching from wide receiver to cornerback. A cornerback (CB) is a member of the defensive backfield or secondary in gridiron football. Cornerbacks cover receivers most of the time, but also blitz and defend against such offensive running plays as sweeps and reverses. Coastal Carolina Chanticleers Football
The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers football team represents Coastal Carolina University in college football at the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision level. The Chanticleers are members of the Sun Belt Conference, fielding its teams at the FBS level since 2017. The Chanticleers play their home games at James C. Non-football Injury List
Non-football injury and non-football illness (NFI) are roster designations used in the National Football League (NFL) for players who are unable to practice as a result of conditions unrelated to football, or injuries that did not occur during NFL games or practices. They are similar to the physically unable to perform and injured reserve lists. Active/NFI Players who report to training camp injured or ill due to injuries or illnesses sustained outside of NFL practices or games can be placed on the active/non-football injury or active/non-football illness lists while they recover. A player cannot remain on an NFI list if they participate in a practice or game during the preseason. 2018 Belk Bowl
The 2018 Belk Bowl was a college football bowl game played on December 29, 2018. It was the 17th edition of the Belk Bowl, and one of the 2018–19 bowl games concluding the 2018 FBS football season. The game was sponsored by the department store chain Belk. With the bowl contested by two nearby public universities, attendance to the game increased by some 15,000 spectators over the previous year and had its highest attendance total since 2011. Virginia shut out South Carolina, 28–0. This was the largest margin of victory in the history of the Belk Bowl.
