Bryan Rust
Bryan Peter Rust (born May 11, 1992) is an American professional ice hockey right winger for the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League (NHL). Rust was born in Pontiac, Michigan, but grew up in Troy, Michigan. He won back-to-back Stanley Cup championships with the Penguins in 2016 and 2017 and is the fourth longest tenured member of the organization aside from Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, and Kris Letang. Playing career Collegiate As a youth, Rust played in the 2005 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with the Detroit Honeybaked minor ice hockey team. Rust played his collegiate career from 2010 to 2014 at the University of Notre Dame where he played a total of 161 games totaling 97 points. Rust finished his senior year as an alternate captain. USA Hockey National Team Development Program
The United States National Team Development Program (NTDP) was started in 1996 by USA Hockey as a way to identify elite ice hockey players under the age of 18, and centralize their training. There are two teams in the program: under-17 and under-18. Both teams are based in Plymouth, Michigan. The stated goal of the NTDP is "to prepare student-athletes under the age of 18 for participation on the U.S. National Teams and success in their future hockey careers. Its efforts focus not only on high-caliber participation on the ice, but creating well-rounded individuals off the ice". While enrolled in the NTDP, players stay with billet families. Tom Kühnhackl
Tom Kühnhackl (born 21 January 1992) is a German professional ice hockey player with Skellefteå AIK of the Swedish Hockey League. He previously played in the NHL with the Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Islanders as well as for Augsburger Panther of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL), the top-tier hockey league of Germany. Scott Wilson (born April 24, 1992) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is currently playing with HC Vityaz in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He has played with the Pittsburgh Penguins, with whom he earned two Stanley Cup championships, Detroit Red Wings and Buffalo Sabres in the National Hockey League (NHL). The 2015–16 NHL season was the 99th season of operation (98th season of play) of the National Hockey League (NHL). The 2013–14 AHL season was the 78th season of the American Hockey League. The regular season began on October 4, 2013, and ended on April 19, 2014.
