Mark Brunell
Mark Allen Brunell (born September 17, 1970) is an American football coach and former quarterback who is the quarterbacks coach for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL). He played in the NFL for nineteen seasons and is best known for his nine seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars, whom he led to the franchise's first playoff appearances between 1996 and 1999. For his accomplishments in Jacksonville, he was inducted to the Pride of the Jaguars in 2013. Brunell played college football at Washington and was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the fifth round of the 1993 NFL Draft. After two seasons, Brunell was traded to the expansion Jaguars for their inaugural 1995 season. Within their second season, he helped the team obtain the franchise's first winning record, playoff berth, postseason victories, and appearance in the AFC Championship Game. Beatriz Stix-Brunell
Beatriz Eugenia Stix-Brunell (born 1993) is an American ballet dancer. Her career started with Morphoses when she was 14. She joined the Royal Ballet in 2010, was promoted to first soloist in 2016, and retired in 2021. Early life Stix-Brunell was born in Miami and raised in New York City. Her father works in finance and her mother is an interior designer. She started ballet training at age seven at the School of American Ballet. She also attended Nightingale Bamford School. At age 12, she attended Paris Opera Ballet School. Her mother and brother relocated to Paris, while her father visited when possible. When Stix-Brunell first arrived, she didn’t speak French, but managed to learn it in three months. Caitlin Brunell (born May 17, 1992) from Great Falls, Virginia won the Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2008 title in August 2007. In 2014, she was crowned Miss Alabama and represented the state at the Miss America 2015 competition where she was a Top Ten semi-finalist and the Quality of Life Award winner. Ole Brunell
Ole Brunell, currently known as Shlomo Brunell (born 1953 in Swedish-speaking Kokkola, Finland), is a Finnish former Lutheran minister; he converted to Judaism. Brunell was ordained as a minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland in 1978. He served as a pastor in both Finland and Australia. He preached and ministered in Swedish, English, and Finnish during his career as a minister. Eventually, he ceased to believe in the teachings of the Lutheran Church and ultimately came not to believe in Christianity at all, therefore he left the Church. He never stopped believing in God. For six years, he and his family had no formal religion. Six years later, he, his wife, and four daughters converted to Judaism. The conversion was rejected by the Orthodox Jewish. David Brunell (born 1954) is an American pianist who has gained international recognition for his virtuosity and poetic temperament at the piano. A native of St. Louis, he studied with Dorothy Dring Smutz, Sidney Foster, Zadel Skolovsky, Balint Vazsonyi, and Adele Marcus. He has concertized widely throughout North America, Europe, and Latin America to critical acclaim.
