Augusta Fox Bronner (July 22, 1881 – December 11, 1966) was an American psychologist, best known for her work in juvenile psychology. She co-directed the first child guidance clinic, and her research shaped psychological theories about the causes behind child delinquency, emphasizing the need to focus on social and environmental factors over inherited traits. Early life Bronner was born July 22, 1881, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Gustave Bronner and Hanna Fox Bronner. The family was Jewish, and Augusta Fox Bronner's grandparents on both sides of the family were originally from Germany. She had two siblings, an older brother and a younger sister. Oscar Bronner (born 14 January 1943) is an Austrian newspaper publisher. Biography Bronner was born in Haifa, Mandatory Palestine, on 14 January 1943. He is the eldest son of Austrian cabaret artist Gerhard Bronner. In 1948, at the age of five, he returned with his father to Austria. In 1970, Bronner launched the monthly economic journal ''trend'' and news magazine ''profil''. Bronner's Christmas Wonderland
Bronner's Christmas Wonderland (stylized Bronner's CHRISTmas Wonderland) is a retail store in Frankenmuth, Michigan, that promotes itself as the "World's Largest Christmas Store". Designed with an Alpine architecture (see chalet), the building is in size with landscaped grounds covering . Outside the entrance are three outdoor Santas and a snowman. Gerhard Bronner (23 October 1922 in Favoriten, Vienna – 19 January 2007 in Vienna) was an Austrian composer, writer, musician and a cabaret artist, known for his contribution to Austrian culture in the post- World War II period. Life Born to a Jewish family, his parents and elder brothers were detained in Dachau concentration camp after Germany had invaded Austria. Bronner fled from occupied Austria to Czechoslovakia and later to Palestine, where he started his musical career. In 1948 he returned to Vienna and originally had planned to stay only for a few weeks and then to move on to London. But he chose Vienna as his permanent residence after having been offered a chance to work there. Rebbetzin Leila Leah Bronner (née Amsel; April 22, 1930 – July 2, 2019) was an American historian and biblical scholar. Biography She was born in Czechoslovakia and immigrated to the United States in 1937, growing up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. In 1949, she married Rabbi Joseph Bronner (born August 1, 1923), who had escaped Berlin with his family in 1941. They moved with their newborn daughter to Johannesburg, South Africa in 1951, where she began her career.
